The technicians that came were extremely respectful of our home and kept us in the loop on progress at all times. I'm an investor in central Columbus. The thing about Zach - he oozes honesty. And that is critically important in his line of work. Mold is a terrifying thought for homeowners and the emotional reaction to get rid of it at any cost is ripe for abuse. Either by professionals who "see" mold when none is there, or charge an arm and a leg to remove it. Zach doesn't play those games. He's experienced and honest. And for me, these are the critical qualities I want in my contractors.
