Zach contacted me after I made inquires about mold inspections on Angies List. I shared my problem and concerns about the water stains and possibility of mold on my ceiling due to a shower leak. Zach asked me to send a few pictures so he could make an assessment of the situation. Zach gave me a fast and honest response and told me this situation was very minor and something I could do myself. He followed up with information and suggestions on how to remedy the problem. Mold mentor was great! We were told during our house inspection that we had possible mold in our attic. The inspector recommended we have a professional test it to see if was active and needed treatment. I contacted Mold Mentor after finding them on Google. They came to our house within the week and Zach was honest and told us it's likely actually just dirt that accumulated on the boards when this house was built. No charge for the house call and professional opinion. He used to work for a company that would try to convince homeowners they had a mold problem, so Zach actively works against that mindset by being upfront and honest with his customers now. As someone who worked for a company like that before, I appreciate and respect him for doing the right thing. Definitely recommend!!

Zach at Mold Mentor Consultants just spent 30min on the phone with me answering my questions and addressing my concerns with a thorough explanation of their process. In no way did I feel pressured and I have come away from the conversation feeling armed with the info needed to make a decision. Mold mentor was great to work with. They communicated with us very well and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The entire team from Zack to the folks in the field were very professional and thorough the whole time.

With the stress of moving we had an inspection that unfortunately found mold. So many companies say they could get us in fast, but when I called they couldnt. Mold mentor did. They communicated well was a fair price compared to other companies. One of my favorite things was the heads up text stating how far you guys were so I was prepared for when they showed up. They were fast, respectful, and kind.
